2 Weeks Really?

This is my fantastic midwife Melody! She is seriously amazing. I'm so grateful for her in my life.

My little/big girl! Esther you are blossoming faster then mommy and daddy would like. Your vocabulary is astounding. The things that you say and do shock us on a frequent basis. It's so hard to send you to time out sometimes because you're so darn cute! Mommy and daddy need to work on that one. We love you oh so much.

Mark and the girls right before church. Mark has been taking the girls to church by himself the past two Sunday's. He has been doing an excellent job. I've been attending an earlier Sacrament meeting while Mark watches Asenath. Just for a little while longer until Asenath gets a little bit bigger.

Asenath your sisters adore you so much. Everyday they ask me to hold you. They always want to help me take care of you. Esther would poke your eyes out if I didn't watch you like a Hawk. Every chance that they get they lay kisses all over your face. You are truly a delight to have in our family.

Finally content with daddy. I swear daddy would hold you more if you didn't cry so much. He's excited to keep practicing the 5 s's from the Happiest Baby on the Block. I know you definitely are the Happiest baby on the block. Who are we kidding probably in Utah, I hold you 24 hours a day, feed you on demand (Which is every 30-45 minutes), let you use me as a pacifier, & shower you with kisses constantly. Asenath just so you know mommy is not exaggerating in the least bit. When you get older I'm sure you'll make it up to me every Mother's day, right?

Juanita's Conversion Story

I feel that Heavenly Father has blessed me with the desire to play softball. The fact that the Lord was guiding me to play softball became more evident to me when I was offered a scholarship to play ball at BYU-Hawaii. The thought of attending BYU-Hawaii just seemed right and good at the time so I attended college there. My first year in college I was so excited to learn, play, and party. I discovered real soon that the students who attended the university had fun without drinking. I also discovered that the people were faithful and they had a strong sense of purpose and Identity. This compelled me to go on a spiritual search. I decided to take the lessons from the missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As I took the lessons I was taught things that I heard before and things that were new to me. Such as the Book of Mormon and the prophet Joseph Smith. These were things that were a challenge for me to believe. So I took these challenges up to the Lord and I asked him if the Book of Mormon is the word of God and if Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God. I'm so delighted to share with you that I do know that the Book of Mormon is true and that the Prophet Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God. I know that it's true because of the power of the Holy Spirit, because of these truths and much more I decided to be baptized and serve the Lord. Getting baptized was the best decision I ever made. It's because of this choice that I enjoy the blessing of life today. The church is true and I find myself indebt to the Lord forever.
