Modern But Rustic

I made my first blanket yesterday! It was fun making it. Time went by so fast. It's neat when you make something for someone else. The whole time I was thinking I hope she knows that I care about her. I hope this blanket keeps her baby warm and that her baby would feel so loved. It just felt so good making it. The fabric is pretty modern but because it's my first blanket it's a little rustic. Hopefully functional:) I was so excited to give it to her I forgot to take a picture.
